The ultimate 4X4 giveaway gets a worthy winner

Congratulations to Don Singleton of NSW, the winner of our huge Ultimate Nissan Adventure Giveaway, worth over $115,000!

Pat met up with Don and his wife at his local Nissan dealership and they were both grinning ear to ear when he handed them the keys to their brand new Nissan ST Patrol. Not even the rain could dampen their excitement.

Don, who has “never won a prize in my whole life” was overwhelmed. “I never thought it would happen to me”. Recently retired and driving a two wheel drive vehicle and a box trailer with a tent on top, Don was over the moon. His wife told us: “The night he won, he didn’t sleep a wink and kept going to the mirror to pinching himself to prove he wasn’t dreaming”. And for good reason. Don won a fully-registered Nissan ST Patrol turbo diesel, a CUB Supamatic Camper trailer worth over $25,000, $10,000 worth of ARB accessories, Cooper tyres, a HEMA Navigator plus a swag of other gear. In fact, the gear added up to be worth over $115,000.
Don has already started making plans to head up north to the Gulf with some friends, and he’s already made himself a list of gear and accessories to grab with his ARB voucher.

The competition is undoubtedly the most successful in the Australian 4X4 industry. More than 292,000 people entered the comp, through advertisements on the Network TEN and ONE HD airings of Pat Callinan’s 4X4 Adventures, as well as ads on carsales.com.au and MR4X4.COM.AU. Pat Callinan said: “We had such a massive response to The Ultimate Nissan Adventure Giveaway, that we’ve decided to make our next competition even bigger and better, so keep an eye out for details on the show and website!”
